On-line registration and payment are possible via registration form. Accepted payment methods are: bank transfer and credit card.

* For onsite registration only payment by credit card is possible.

  • Each conference and workshop paper needs to be presented by one of the authors. The presenter of each accepted article needs to pay full registration fee by 23rd of March, 2015 (for conference papers) or 20th of June, 2015 (for workshop papers).
  • The above fees are inclusive of participation in BIS 2015, all workshops, conference materials, proceedings, Lunches, Coffee breaks and social events.
  • In case that two papers (at the conference or/and at the workshops) are authored and presented by the same participant, the fee for second paper is 100 EUR. For the third and more papers full fee has to be paid.
  • Fee for both social events extra for accompanying person is 60 EUR. It does not entitle to take part in the conference itself.

Credit card

Due to the technical problems with payment by credit card, BIS organizers extended early registration deadline until May 31st, 2015. Payment by credit card now works properly.

To pay by credit card please fill in the registration form and choose „credit card” as payment method. After confirming your registration data you will be redirected to a secure payments Web site. Please note that registration and payment need to be done jointly.

Please note that the payment and invoice for all kinds of fees are issued in Polish zlotys (PLN); thus, the charged amount in euro may slightly differ from prices listed in above table.

Bank transfer

To pay by bank transfer please fill in the registration form and choose „bank transfer” as payment method. Afterwards you have to transfer the participation fee using the following data.

Please send a scan of your bank transfer receipt to the e-mail address bis@kie.ue.poznan.pl.

Please consult the payment rates with the finacial departments of the funding institutions of yours on the account of new european VAT tax regulations. Note that the current VAT tax rate in Poland for conference payments is 0%. Please read the extended VAT Note for detailed information.
